mixed experience

the staff were friendly and helpful.
there were wrong names, wrong rooms, and disregarded requests (it seemed like no one knew how to use the system). my room was not adjacent, so i had to walk a while to get there.

I stayed in a traditional double room rear facing . the room featured complimentary toiletries from the white company. breakfast included sausages for dogs (a really nice touch, i thought). the staff brought my dog's food and stored it in the fridge. I really appreciated their kindness.
